Question 1

When will my calendar arrive?

Accepted Answer

This is a pre-order. Your calendar will ship between December 1 and 15. You'll receive an email with a tracking number once it's on its way. Delivery takes 2–5 days after dispatch, so order today to receive it by December 20.

Question 2

What is the difference between the two calendars?

Accepted Answer

The Hijab Edition holds hijabs and hijab accessories in 30 satin pouches inside a vanity case. The Gold Edition holds 30 pieces of silver jewellery plated in 14k–18k gold in a drawer box. The Complete Set gives you both and saves Dhs. 180.

Question 3

Is the jewellery real gold?

Accepted Answer

Every piece is silver plated in 14k–18k gold, and the plating may vary slightly by calendar. To keep the shine: put your jewellery on last, after perfume, lotion and hairspray. Take it off before showering, swimming, the gym or wudu. Keep it dry, wipe it with a soft cloth after wearing, and store each piece separately in its pouch or drawer, away from humidity.

Question 4

Can I return or exchange it?

Accepted Answer

For hygiene reasons, this item is non-returnable and non-exchangeable once tried on or used, unless the item is defective or incorrect. If you want to make a return, please contact info@sanziq.com.

Question 5

Can I send it as a gift with a letter?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Tick 'It's a gift', choose one of our messages or write your own, and we write it by hand and place it in the box. It is free.

Question 6

What does Shipping Protection cover?

Accepted Answer
