Shipping policy

Dispatch

All Ramadan calendars are pre-order items and will be shipped between 1 and 15 December 2026. Bakhoor diffusers and bakhoor are in stock and ship within 14 days of your order.

If your order contains both, it ships in two parts: in-stock items first, and your calendar from 1 to 15 December. You receive tracking for each part.

Shipping rates

Shipping is free in Sweden and the UAE. For all other destinations, shipping is calculated in your cart before you pay.

We ship from Sweden to Sweden and the rest of the EU, and from Dubai to the UAE and all other countries.

Delivery times

Delivery times depend on the destination and carrier. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

Customs, duties and taxes

Orders shipped outside the country of dispatch may be subject to customs duties, import taxes or handling fees. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost. If a parcel is refused because of unpaid duties, the return shipping cost and any charges may be deducted from your refund.

Shipping restrictions

Some countries restrict the import of incense or battery-powered devices. It is your responsibility to check that bakhoor and diffusers can be imported to your country. If a parcel is confiscated or returned because of local import rules, we cannot refund the product or shipping costs.

Address accuracy

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct. SANZIQ is not responsible for delays or lost parcels caused by an incorrect address. If you need to update your address, contact info@sanziq.com as soon as possible, before your order ships.

Lost or damaged parcels

If your tracking has not updated for an extended period, or your parcel arrives damaged, contact us at info@sanziq.com and we will help resolve it with the carrier. If you added Shipping Protection, we will send a free replacement. Just email us one photo of the issue.
