These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the SANZIQ website and your purchase of products from us. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

We sell physical Ramadan calendars: the SANZIQ Hijab Calendar, the SANZIQ Gold Jewellery Calendar and the SANZIQ Complete Set. We also sell SANZIQ Bakhoor hair diffusers and bakhoor. We ship worldwide from Dubai and Sweden.

Orders and pricing

  • Prices are shown in your local currency where available (AED, SAR, QAR, SEK, EUR or USD) and are fixed per currency.
  • Prices for the UAE, Sweden and the EU include VAT where shown on the product page.
  • We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to limit order quantities.

Pre-orders and in-stock products

  • Ramadan calendars are sold as pre-orders. Payment is taken at the time of order, and the dispatch window is shown on the product and checkout pages.
  • Bakhoor diffusers and bakhoor are in-stock items and are dispatched within 14 days of your order.
  • If your order contains both, the items may be shipped separately. In-stock items ship within 14 days, and calendars ship within the pre-order dispatch window.
  • If an in-stock item becomes unavailable after you order, we will contact you. You can then choose to wait or receive a full refund.

Shipping

We ship worldwide from Dubai and Sweden. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and described in our Shipping Policy. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Outside the country of dispatch, any customs duties and import taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns, cancellations and refunds

Our Refund Policy applies to every order. It covers:

  • pre-order cancellation
  • our hygiene policy
  • returns of bakhoor diffusers
  • the right of withdrawal for EU customers
  • defective or incorrect items

Please read it before ordering.

Shipping Protection

If you add Shipping Protection, we will send a free replacement if your order arrives damaged or crushed, or is lost in transit. To make a claim, email one photo of the issue to info@sanziq.com.

Product use and safety

Bakhoor diffusers become hot during use, and bakhoor is a burning fragrance product. Please:

  • use only bakhoor intended for hair perfuming
  • follow the instructions supplied with your product
  • never leave a diffuser unattended while in use
  • use it in a well-ventilated area
  • keep diffusers and bakhoor away from children and pets

Bakhoor is not edible and may cause allergic reactions in sensitive people. Anyone with asthma, breathing difficulties or fragrance sensitivities should use it with care. SANZIQ is not responsible for injury or damage caused by misuse or by not following the instructions.

Product information

  • Calendar contents may vary slightly from the images.
  • Jewellery plating may vary slightly between pieces.
  • The colour, size and scent of bakhoor can vary naturally between batches.

Payment

Payment is taken at the time of order using the payment methods shown at checkout.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Swedish law. If you are a consumer, you also keep the mandatory consumer rights of the country where you live.
